If the horse owner is filling out the anamnesis questionnaire himself a one time charge of 115 € is being charged click for currency converter - diagnosis and herbs inclusive. Before sending the questionnaire a protection fee of 60 € will be charged, this will stop so called entertainers, to misuse my time. This fee is being subtracted of the final bill.

A follow up is not included in this package. It is not considered a therapy. 

1-month recipes are not thought for Headshakers. No one can heal this neuralgia within a month time. It is not possible to create an universal recipe for Headshakers!
